Why we do not provide Virus Removal services

If your computer has an reputable Anti-Virus Software installed and it is experiencing weird symtoms, then we suggest you do a free online scan from reputable anti-virus software company. Make sure you do not clicked on any pop-up that offers free scan, go to that company's own website. If you still experience problems, then your Anti-Virus Software is most likely comprimised. We strongly recommend that you do a full system rebuild. After all, will you still feel comfortable doing your online banking when you are in doubt?

Is your computer running slow?

Not all computer slow issues are cause by viruses or malware. It could simply be due to the hardware aging and that technology is evolving, new softwares requiring more and more computer resources. It could also be that people installing a lot of software to try out and hardly use again, for this case, it is a matter of doing some simple computer mantainence. We have listed a few simple tasks that you can do yourself:

• Uninstall those unnecessary software. Make sure you are not just deleting the program folder, you have to use a system uninstaller or the one that came with the program [software].
• Defragment the hard drive(s) to rearrange the fragmented files into continuous blocks which will allow faster reading.
• Disable any unnecessary programs at start up. This will free up some computer resources and reduce the computer startup time.

If you are not sure how to do it, you can arrange an appointment with us for a free inspection. We can do the system maintenance for you with a small fee if it is necessary.

We currently do not sell computer parts. However, we can design the computer system that meets your budget and requirements. You can source your parts in you favourte shops, then we can build it for you with a competitive price.
